Tim Barber
COO AMG

Tim is the Chief Operations Officer at AMG Payment Solutions. He is responsible for the overall day to day operations at AMG, as well as technical client service-related matters. His technical capabilities enable AMG to capitalize on the latest market trends and deliver industry-leading solutions. In addition to providing technical leadership, Tim oversees AMG’s Customer Care department and maintains frequent contact with AMG’s client base. Tim began his merchant acquiring career almost 20 years ago, gaining extensive industry knowledge in multiple aspects of the merchant acquiring business. Tim works closely with Adam and Leslie in strategizing the direction of AMG and the implementation of best practices.

Lloyd Goldstein
Director, Lease Restructuring

Lloyd J. Goldstein, is an experienced real estate professional bringing more than 25 years experience in retail leasing to the Summit Strategies Commercial Real Estate group. He has worked for some of the most well respected names in the shopping center industry.

 

Lloyd lead the real estate strategy for the Muvico Theater, and was selected by Eddie Merlot’s Steakhouse to handle their real estate in the greater Washington, DC, market as well as in selected U.S. markets. Lloyd has consummating deals with such notable retailers as Edwards Theaters, PF Changs, Ann Taylor Loft, White House/Black Market, Urban Outfitters, Office Depot, Jos. A. Banks and numerous other local and regional operators. In addition, he has performed tenant representation for Off Broadway Shoes, Danbarrry Cinemas.

Previously, Lloyd served many years as Vice President, Anchor Leasing for The Mills Corporation where he procured more than 45 anchor deals and introduced 15 brand new tenants to The Mills portfolio. Prior to, he served as the Real Estate Manager, Eastern Region for Borders Group, Inc. where he was responsible for the Waldenbooks real estate portfolio throughout the Eastern U.S. Preceding his tenure at Border’s, Lloyd was the Real Estate Manager, Southeastern Region for Charming Shoppes, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing new store development and the expansion and relocation programs for the Fashion Bug/Fashion Bug Plus store chain.

Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Cornell University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Cornell Society of Hotelmen.
